SUMMARY:Responsible for handling customer queries via phone and email. Assists with complaints, orders, mistakes, account questions etc.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Resolve customer complaints via phone and email
* Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify order information.
* Assist with placement of orders, refunds
* Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale
Requirments:
* Fluent in German, both written and spoken
* Communicative in English
* Good computer skills
* Great communication skills, flexible and reliable
* Ability to work on shifts (including weekends)
* Any other language is an advantage
* Previous working experience as a customer support representative is considered an advantage
