Our client provides solutions which facilitate commerce between the world’s biggest companies and the suppliers who support them.
For their new Sofia-based office we are looking for: Integration Support Analyst.
Responsibilities:
The Integration Support Analyst will handle B2B Data Integration support for the company customers. This includes support of EDI and other flat file integrated customers. You will be responsible for supporting complex systems of integration and need to address and resolve support issues regarding these integrations in a timely manner to ensure that business processes are not interrupted for the company customers.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in B2B Data Integration (EDI, flat files, etc.).
• Excellent written and oral skills in English.
• Attention to details and customer orientation.
Advantages:
• Previous work utilizing Zendesk, SalesForce or another Help Desk ticketing system.
• Programming with JSON, XML and xPath.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle, etc.).
• Understanding of the P2P process.
• Financial background.
• Experience in the 'Enterprise World' working in an AR/AP function.
• Additional language would be a plus (French/Spanish/German).
