Requirements:
- Fluent oral and written Swedish language skills;
- Excellent level of English;
- Excellent customer and communication skills;
- Ability to work in a team and effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Microsoft office skills;
- Experience in a multicultural environment is an advantage;

Responsibilities:
- Provide front office support to Customers by initiating and answering Contacts;
- Creating and processing Service Requests;
- Resolving Customer issues;
- Focus on customer expectations and satisfaction;
- Protect confidential and sensitive information and materials;
- Collaborate with other team members to provide high quality support;
