Our client provides solutions which facilitate commerce between the world’s biggest companies and the suppliers who support them.
For their new Sofia based office we are looking for :
Supplier Account Manager
Responsibilities:
● Understand the supplier business and invoice volume in order to offer them the best solution for electronic invoicing depending on their technical and billing capacity.
● Communicate clearly the benefits of the use of the company as well their customer’s invoice requirements.
● Guide and respond to all questions/queries/concerns that a supplier might have related to the transition process.
● Work closely with the Technical Implementation Specialist to handle the supplier transition onto the solution.
● Work closely with the Team manager on resolving any supplier/buyer issue.
● Use provided ticketing/CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools to accurately track all communication with a supplier and its progress.
● Report the progress of each active e-invoicing campaign on a regular basis.
Requirements
● 1-2 years of experience in B2B account management.
● Ability to understand and discuss the business-to-business transactions that occur in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and procurement.
● Excellent written and oral communication skills, including strong phone and e-mail etiquette.
● Highly motivated self-starter who can meet overall job objectives with limited guidance.
● Knowledge on file types like EDI, XML, CSV would be considered and advantage.
