What You’ll be Doing:

As an Order Management Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the team in transformational projects. This role focuses on end-to-end order management, assisting with projects alongside internal teams. We will provide you with all the necessary tools, training and confidence needed to do a great job.

On a typical day, you’ll:
Support the operations by handling high complexity escalations and issues;
Assist the organization with management of change;
Design training materials, documentation, business process updates;
Participate in various projects and initiatives;
Seek feedback and use it as an important guideline to propose optimizations.
