As part of the team, the Bid and Proposal Manager will work hand-in-hand with the Sales and technical teams and will facilitate the bid management process, thus ensuring that all proposals and presentation are prepared on time and with the expected quality.

Core Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the bid management process, take ownership of the end-to-end bid process and requirements collection;
• Proposal Management – participating in the creation of proposals, pricing and offerings to clients;
• Facilitate the Internal Sales tools and Instruments, organization of documents and information;
• Supporting the sales team in preparing content for client presentations and occasionally attending to meetings, events and campaigns;
• Providing CRM support.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Excellent German and English skills;
• Presales / sales experience is an advantage;
• Strong communication and organizational skills;
• Clear understanding and experience writing professional and detailed proposals.
