Our client is a multinational technological company developing its own innovative IoT based product for managing Transport infrastructure and urban Mobility as a part of “Smart Cities”.

This is a new position to join their expanding team in Bulgaria.

Requirements:

University degree
Previous experience on relevant position - at least 2 years
Previous experience in multinational environment at least 2 years is a must
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bulgarian and English
Excellent computer literacy
Good skills for planning and time management
Experience in business communication, correspondence and etiquette
Responsibilities:

Accomplishment of secretarial duties
Accomplishment of daily administrative tasks and support of the team
Maintain communication and business correspondence in Bulgarian and English
Provide correct communication between the office in Bulgaria and the other offices of the company (Europe and USA)
Arrange travels
Prepare memos, correspondence, spreadsheets, and presentations
