Our local team of professionals provides technical support and customer service in more than 16 European languages.The Customer Support Specialist:
English (B2 level) – needed for the training.
Answer inbound calls to provide exceptional customer service to consumers
Respond to inquiries about products and services, processing payments, or performing general account maintenance
Up -selling customers to new products or services may be encouraged
Has experience working in customer service
Has extensive experience with written communication
Has great attention to detail and is well organized
Has experience of working in a fast paced environment
Has excellent computer skills
Is a conscientious and reliable individual with a positive attitude
Demonstrates a strong understanding of customer satisfaction and service excellence
