Reporting to the EME Maersk Line Sales Director, the Country Sales Representative will recommend and deliver an effective commercial strategy, drive costs and efficiency improvement, ensure employee engagement and staff performance as well as lead the Must Win Battles in Bulgaria. The role will be heavily sales biased and focused with extensive ongoing customer interaction aimed at improving ML business in the Bulgaria market. Being a core member of the leadership team, you will play a key role in influencing the business priorities and overall business direction. The Bulgaria team consists of app 15 people located in Varna and Sofia.

Key Responsibilities:

*Drive performance management in the country.
*Ensure performance meets targets.
*Liaise actively with CEN to ensure optimal product coverage and dynamic pricing in line with yield/utilisation targets.
*Ensure frontline customer service is carried out in line with Care  and OTCS.
*Provide an exemplary customer experience through internal/ external processes and achieve performance metrics of those processes.
*Constantly endeavour to standardise and optimise sales/customer service processes.
*Manage local Operations, Administration, IT, HR, Finance where applicable.
*Ensure operations under country responsibility perform effectively in pursuit of reliability and cost containment.

Who we are looking for: *A team player with a sense of urgency and result orientation who can communicate and drive the necessary changes within the organisation as well as persuade the internal and external stakeholders into the proper course of action.  *Strong commercial and financial acumen. Customer focus. *Strong leadership, process management and negotiating skills. *University graduate. *Experience in a multinational environment, managing projects. *Excellent written and verbal English. *Working knowledge of Danish language.
