Currently, our client is looking for a motivated and organized Office Assistant with English and Turkish language.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
Manages CEO`s calendar and sets up meetings.
Manages information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
Makes travel and accommodation arrangements.
Acts as the point of contact among employees, clients, and all external partners and stakeholders.
Takes care of both internal and external communication, including but not limited to memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
Requirements:
University Degree;
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English – written and verbal;
Very good communication skills in Turkish;
Excellent IT literacy and ability to learn and adapt fast;
Discretion and confidentiality;
Superior organization and time management skills;
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills;
Advanced organizational and troubleshooting skills;
