Established in 1991, it has built a strong reputation offering superior product quality and providing the best service to its customers. Commercial Fleet is a B2B business focusing on selling fuels and services via euroShell Card. Commercial Fleet delivers a significant part of Shell Retail’s overall fuel volume.

For them we are looking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced person with sales background for the position of:

Office Based Account Manager

Accountabilities:

Develop a clear and articulated operational plan to deliver volume, margins and agreed growth targets;
Proactively plan and execute customer structured calls/journey plan to maximize customer facing time and to provide a high level of service;
Carry out price negotiations with existing and prospective customers, preparing quotations and proposals and agree on all operational requirements including price, contract and payment terms;
Understand customer business models, value drivers, challenges and opportunities to tailor offers and services to capture their businesses;
Contribute to a knowledge sharing and learning culture with Sales team to develop sales and marketing expertise;
Identify and implement Continuous Improvement (CI) solutions at Shell and at their customers' premises;
Sell Shell`s products and services across all customer segments: commercial road transport, national and international fleet.

Experience & Qualifications Required:

Relevant University degree in Sales & Marketing would be an advantage;
Relevant sales experience or minimum 3 years of experience in sales environment;
Good working knowledge of the customer operation, financials and specialist sources of information as well as knowledge of CRM tools;
Strong IT literacy on all MS Office Programs;
Proven/track record of competence in negotiation and dealing with external partners
Very good knowledge of English;
Commercial knowledge & business acumen;
Strong communication and presentation skills;
Strong interpersonal skills: ability to manage relationships at all levels;
Basic understanding of SAP/ERP systems desirable.
