For one of our international clients we are in a search for experienced Sales professional with strong Business development expertise.


Job Responsibilities:
• Manage a group/cluster of business centers and ensure profit performance and critical KPI’s are exceeding expectations.
• Define and implement the sales strategy plan for the area of responsibility. Handle the full sales cycle from identifying a new sales opportunity until closing successfully a deal.
• Grow the number of leads generated through networking, broker relations and other sales activities. Hold networking events.
• Partner with the global & regional sales team/ key accounts team to penetrate and close new global business as required.
• Look for new revenue opportunities to help customers run their business.
• Resolve escalated customer’s issues.
• Ensure all centers are up to standard every day.
• Attract, train and retain the best team members in the company.
• Establish personal objectives for all direct reports and clearly communicate performance expectations.

Candidate requirements:
• 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales in service industry with a successful sales track record in multinational organisation
• Team leading experience is an asset
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration
• Fluent in English
• Sales oriented. Generate, build and effectively service valuable customer partnerships
• Relationship Management : able to build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders
• Results driven.
• Problem solving and analytical thinking.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
