Your main responsibilities will be to manage the procurement of assigned categories through development and implementation of Category Sourcing Strategies for Europe SBU and also to collaborate on global opportunities ensuring the sourcing strategies, developed by the Global Category Managers, are sound and actionable within the SBU.
Responsibilities:
• Manages assigned SBU purchasing categories;
• Executes strategic procurement activities through e-sourcing platforms (Ariba, Negometrix);
• Uses SAP to create and track Outline Agreements and Purchase Orders;
• Executes the SRM with strategic suppliers;
• Manages the LTSAs (Long Term Service Agreements) and LTPAs (Long Term Parts Agreements);
• Responsible for internal business stakeholders' management;
• Adhere to local legal and regional laws and rules;
• Participate in project development (price estimation, support for specification development);
• Generates regular reports on performance as required and contributes to company KPIs improvement.

Desired Skills & Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in a similar position;
• Fluent English, both written and verbal;
• Proficient user of MS Office with advanced Word and Excel;
• Strong knowledge of SAP and other analytical tools;
• Eye for detail with good presentation and interpersonal skills;
• Background in the heavy industry will be considered as advantage;
• Previous experience with ERP and/or MRP systems is desired.
