General duties:
Lead the process of reporting to the OTP Group Hungary via delivering the necessary data and ensure respective data quality as Data owner/Data steward for the data his team is responsible.
Lead new reporting for Steering purposes of the C-level and senior decision takers in the organization, supports regulatory reporting related to transactional data
Lead projects related to sourcing of new or existing data in MIS and regulatory driven data projects
Supports the process for enriching and enhancing the applicable data governance and data quality framework.
Responsible for effective and efficient allocation of resources in Controlling Analytics & BI Solution team.
Change management: Be a role model and drive the change in the organization by establishing trust-based relationships, communicating efficiently with all audiences and ensuring the proper involvement and understanding of colleagues related to the transformation
Process challenging: Consult on how selected processes can be optimized, authomated and executed efficiently

Requirements:
Curiosity and motivation to develop in the banking industry
Ability to structure and resolve complex problems
Passion towards process optimization and process mapping
Proactive, impact-driven personality type
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional experience in consultancy or in the banking industry
Technical skills – professional business English and technical literacy
Stuctured way of thinking and skills supporting processing of data
Strategic thinking and skills for effective data modelling
