ABOUT YOUR NEW JOBThe role of Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in Coca-Cola HBC is to partner with business leaders to source and select candidates thus ensuring best in class professionals and leaders who will further grow our business.
On this role we are looking for someone passionate about external marketplace, to join our team and deliver in full cycle recruitment, including sourcing of candidates through different channels, planning of intake meetings with hiring managers, delivering interviews and assessment centers using digital tools, ending up with offering stage. On top of that, proactiveness is in the heart of our business, so you will have the chance to lead various mapping projects across the market and deliver meaningful insights to relevant stakeholders, supporting them making better decisions for talents in the current or future. You will also practice your creative thinking by participating in career events and other initiatives related to talent acquisition.
It goes without saying that you will be part of an international CoE team, getting exposure to and interacting with peers and like-minded-individuals all over the markets we operate.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement local Talent Acquisition activities as per CoE Group Strategy in alignment and close collaboration with TA Manager
Responsible for the full cycle recruitment process for all departments of the company across different hierarchical levels using various recruitment channels and active sourcing
Be a partner for line managers, coaching and advising them in the design and implementation of the sourcing and recruitment process
Conduct proactive sourcing and mappings for current and future opening for key positions within the organization even for those which require critical capabilities from the market
Keep an eye on the talent acquisition SLAs, monitoring KPIs, ensuring targets achievement
Deliver assessment, acceleration, and development centers; staffing as per A&DC recommendations, validation for dedicated talent programs for internal and external candidates
Cultivate and maintain successful relationships and build network with different stakeholders including candidates, hiring managers, HR business partners
Support and liaise with employer branding for more effective talent attraction and campaigns. To take part in various employer brand and career events to represent company and attract talent people
Responsible for all process steps after hiring decision for an employee has been taken.
Maintain ongoing relationships with candidates to create pipelines for future need
Ensure 100% compliance with the company recruitment process and policy
Manage adequate timelines and expectations for management for new appointments
Maintain and manage a full applicant tracking system and familiarize themselves with different TA platforms and tools we have in place
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
University degree in Economics, HR, Business Administration or any other relevant
At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition; ideally in fast paced consumer environment or any other dynamic sector. Experience from agencies or executive search firms will be a plus
Strong experience with direct source of candidates through different channels, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.
Strong knowledge of external market and talent acquisition trends
Strong communication and influencing skills
Strong stakeholder management experience
Assessment Center experienced is an advantage
Fluency in English & Bulgarian, both written and verbally
Excellence in computer skills – MS office – Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel to create insights.
