responsible individualsfor the role of Remote Risk Control Specialist with German or French
and English - Zero calls.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Providing amazing client service and ensuring high-quality customer experience;
* Assessing and addressing customer inquiries;
* Handling product support needs and troubleshooting issues;
* Offering timely, clear and easy-to-follow solutions;
* Collaborating effectively within a dynamic team environment.

Requirements:
* Strong command of German or French and good English skills;
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
* Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks;
* Team-player attitude and eagerness to learn and improve;
* Determined, responsible and excited to work on shifts.
