For one of our clients – a giant, global company, famous in the BPO field for their high-quality
services. We are on looking for attentive, sales-savvy and responsible individuals for the role
of Digital Media Marketing Expert with German or Dutch and English (Hybrid).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Serve as the marketing consultant for client ad accounts, building strong relationships;
* Hold Zoom/Teams meetings to understand client goals, analyze accounts, and create tailored strategies;
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues;
* Provide daily campaign optimization tips and strategic advice;
* Make outbound calls for updates, feedback, and concerns;
* Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and track ROI using a CRM;
* Deliver regular performance reports, focusing on key metrics.

Requirements:
* Fluency in German or Dutch, along with excellent written and spoken English;
* At least 2 years of experience in marketing;
* Proficient in MS Office, with CRM experience being a plus;
* Strong communication and sales skills;
* Skilled at building and maintaining client relationships;
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask;
* Motivated, results-driven, and proactive.
