Responsibilities:

Providing a sourcing and recruitment plan and tracking of progress;
Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research;
End to end organization and tracking of the recruitment process;
Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and business leaders;
Set high recruitment standards ensuring operational excellence and compliance;
Suggesting improvements and taking part in new initiatives.

Requirements:

Relevant University degree;
Experience in recruitment and selection – 5 years;
Fluent in English (written and spoken);
Very good MS Office skills;
Strong organization and multitasking skills;
Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing tools.
