On behalf of one of our clients - international company in the automotive industry, we are currently looking for a Supply chain engineer to join the company. The person will be responsible for factory supply chain management, including procurement and logistics during the plant preparation period.

Your responsibilities:
1. Material procurement - responsible for the procurement of all materials (direct materials, indirect materials, oil products, office supplies, etc.);
2. Material control - according to the production plan requirements, combined with the inventory of raw materials and finished products to make material purchase requirement, and follow up the material purchase progress;
3. Production plan - according to the demand information provided by the Head quarter's supply chain colleagues, reasonable production plan and material demand plan, production scheduling, progress tracking;
4. Inventory statistical analysis - regular inventory analysis, inventory early warning of key materials, coordinated operations manager to deal with dull materials on a regular basis;
5. Handling production anomalies - handling emergency demand changes and material supply changes, coordinating production scheduling and sales and shipments, and cooperating with cross-functional teams to seek solutions;
6. Identify, analyze and implement continuous improvement to ensure smoother production.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, mechanical major is preferred.
2. At least 5 years of experience in supply chain.
3. Familiar with procurement and planning process of manufacturing enterprises.
4. Proactive and with good team work ability.
5. English can be used as a working language to communicate proficiently.
