For one of our clients – a leader in one of the largest FMCG sectors in Europe, we’re on the
hunt for enthusiastic, organized, and team-oriented individuals to join our client, as Pricing and Disputes Expert with German and English – Hybrid model. If you’re ready to dive into a refreshing career and help keep things bubbly, we want to hear from you.

You will:
* Address customer queries and disputes quickly and accurately;
* Use technology for effective service delivery and data management;
* Work with the Disputes Management Team to resolve issues and support the team lead;
* Complete disputes procedures and handle follow-ups efficiently;
* Update work instructions and guide team members on disputes processes;
* Collaborate with the Business Unit for smooth transitions to the Shared Services Center;
* Improve processes, ensure compliance, and deliver high-quality service;
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders and finance teams;
* Provide documentation and assist audit teams during financial audits.

Your profile:
* B2 level proficiency in German and English;
* Experience in a Shared Services or Call Centre environment;
* Strong focus on customer service;
* Excellent time management and organizational skills;
* Confident communicator with great soft skills;
* Team-oriented and proactive mindset;
* Bachelor's degree.
