For one of our clients – a world-renowned company providing services or all your technology
transformation and consulting needs. We looking for experienced, dedicated and team-
oriented people for the role of Billing Expert with German and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Ensuring timely issuing of unbilled items, validating and clearing errors daily;
* Monitoring billing holds and conducting CFM activities;
* Entering manual meter readings, identifying system issues, and logging tickets;
* Meeting for billing completeness, quality, and timeliness;
* Enhance billing connectivity, promote portal self-service, and handle additional duties;
* Escalating unresolved issues, ensuring compliance with terms, conditions and guidelines;
* Providing updates to the Team Leader and striving to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Requirements:
* 3+ years in OTC environment with track record in meeting targets and SLAs;
* Fluent in German and English, written and verbal;
* Strong customer focus, excellent communication and negotiation skills;
* Dedicated to teamwork, resilient under pressure and able to adapt with ease;
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Motivated and eager to learn, eager to show results and achieve targets;
* Computer literate and proficient in MS Office;
* University education (preferred).
