Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as the voice of our brand;
* Handle inbound calls, live chats, emails, and social media inquiries;
* Ensure customers receive top-notch support;
* Address any questions or issues from customers;
* Create memorable experiences for customers.

What You Need:

* Fluency in German: Both written and spoken;
* Good Command of English: You’ll need it to communicate effective;
* Excellent Communication Skills: You’ll be a customer’s first point of contact!
* Interest in Sports: A passion for sports is a big plus!
* Experience: Previous customer service experience is a bonus but not a must
* Tech-Savvy: Good typing and computer skills (MS Office).
* Organized & Analytical: Be a decision-maker with a knack for problem-solving
* Team Player: Bring a positive attitude and collaborate with your teammates
* Education: High school diploma.
