For one of our clients – a fast-growing company providing a variety of services and products.
We are looking for experienced, sales-savvy and determined individuals for the role of
Sales Agent with English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Communication with customers through Facebook, Viber, email…;
* Making proactive outbound calls to customers who have shown an interest in our services
through various channels;
* Making direct sales to end customers and successfully negotiating trade deals;
* Sorting customers according to their profiles and adapting to their needs;
* Ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting company’s quality service standards.

Requirements:
* Amazing conversationalist and negotiator with excellent English skills;
* Customer-oriented and proactive approach to work;
* Experience in phone or online sales and/or telemarketing is an advantage;
* Familiarity with sale-specific software and PC literacy are desirable;
* Reliable and organized, able to prioritize and multitask with ease.
