Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Acting as a part of the team and striving to maintain a good working environment;
* Communicating with care and understanding and striving to provide a positive experience;
* Working closely with customers, listening to their issues and requests;
* Analyzing each case and striving to offer the best suited solution;
* Serving as a guide and navigating customers through the solution process;
* Keeping an eye on reoccurring issues and reporting on identified trends to your superiors.

Requirements:
* Strong Dutch, Romanian, Danish or Finish and solid English skills;
* Amazing people skills and ability to adapt to different cases with ease;
* Bright and positive approach to customers and eagerness to help and learn;
* Team-player attitude and drive to provide a high-quality service;
* Flexible, reliable and organized.
