Our client is part of a multinational group of brokerage companies offering a variety of financial tools to its platform users. Built upon the foundation of cutting edge technology the company delivers world class products to their diverse customer base. For the new call center of the company in Sofia we are looking for Sales agent with German.

Requirements:

* German – Fluent (both speaking and writing)
* English – Fluent
* Previous experience in sales of Binary options, FOREX or CFDs is an advantage
* excellent verbal communication skills
* The ability to work in a fast paced, fluid operating environment
* knows how to function both as a team player and in self-managed mode
* Dedicated and committed
* Self-motivated and organized

Responsibilities:

* Managing customer accounts, mainly via phone and internet;
* Establish contact with new medium to high net worth investors, introduce them to company's services in addition to up selling existing clients.
