Our client is a leading wholesaler for guarantees of origin and green certificates. For them we’re looking for a motivated person who would like to join their team of professionals on the position Head of Sales Trading & Brokerage Services (HSB).
As a Head of Sales Trading and Brokerage Services you will be involved in development of new markets together with our market researcher national regulation, understand potential for us, and create value through ideas and structured deals.
Key responsibilities:
- Participate in the creation of a brand new office in Sofia;
- HSB has to select, hire and manage a team of originators, sales traders, brokers and/or market researchers, etc;
- HSB will be responsible for the normal operation of the entire office in Sofia, as well as the team based there;
- HSB has to define, implement and execute to the best possible way the corporate strategy, business objectives and P&L targets;
- HSB must combine two key roles – trading/brokerage and management.
Required qualifications and skills:
- Master degree preferably with an Economic and/or Financial specialization;
- Managing experience with proven strong leadership skills;
- Fluent in English (written & verbal) and at least in a second western European language;
- Trading experience is a must, experience in sales of financial instruments will be an advantage;
- Strategic thinker, able to see the big picture without losing the details;
- A leader, a motivator, able to give example and show how to do things;
- Energetic, highly motivated, and passionated for excellence and pursuit of business growth and success.
