For our client, a leading lottery scratch cards and slots games development company that operates globally, we’re looking to hire:


Account Manager with German


You will be responsible for:

• Behavioral and deposit activity analysis of the managed market to identify the high value customers.
• Building strong customer relationships by ensuring outstanding user experience and satisfaction through providing first contact resolution and promotional offerings via variety of communication channels.
• Active clients up selling to maintain and increase purchase behaviors.
• Creating and developing retention and reactivation strategies and implementation through proactive high-volume sales phone calls.


Requirements:

• Fluency in German and English is a must
• Strong technical skills and computer knowledge, including all MS Office applications
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional background in Gaming Industry and Customer services is a must
• Experience in Sales is strongly preferable
