On behalf of our client, a leading manufacturing company, we are looking for an experienced and responsible professional for the role of Sales Expert with Spanish.

Responsibilities:
• Dealing with customer enquiries by phone and mail from Spain;
• Accepting orders over the phone (custom-made articles and specific products) and entering the information in the internal CRM system; checking availability of stock levels;
• Preparation of invoices and follow up with clients on the orders and ensuring timely delivery and payment on time once the order has been delivered;
• Ensuring a high level of customer service and ensuring retention of the clients;
• Collaborating with different departments when dealing with stock availability, made to measure articles and customer returns;
• Handling confidential information and be tactful when handling sensitive customer information;
• Accountability for all sales activities as indicated by the Head of Sales Department;
• Complying with company’s internal rules and regulations for health and safety.

Requirements:
• Fluency in Spanish and excellent English;
• A great team player with an interest in resolving customer issues;
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar position;
• Independent, focused on details; adaptive and positive;
• Excellent customer-centered approach;
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills;
• Diplomatic, self-motivated and able to prioritize workload;
• University degree;
• Very good computer skills (Microsoft Office).
