For our client, one of the fastest developing companies, we are looking for a motivated professional to join their team as Regional Sales Manager to oversee the sales operation in the particular geographical area.

The role contributes to development of Region-wide Trade strategy by providing insight on commercial issues, adding value to reach the Global Sales targets and goal sets.

Key responsibilities:

Manage the productivity & cost optimization of the area;
Develop specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term, collaborating with marketing and sales strategies;
Ensure achievement of objectives within the region, related to availability, visibility, volume, and customer price of products;
Maintain valuable relationships and effective communication with key accountants and local business partners;
Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth;
Propose goals and KPI’s for the trading in the region, and follow ongoing results;
Contribute Global Sales & Marketing with the development of trade marketing concepts and in-store material for the regions.

Requirements:

Relevant educational background;
Good English;
Excellent MS Office knowledge;
Ability to analyze and solving problems with negotiation skills;
Ability to work under pressure;
Willingness to travel.
Previous commercial experience in multinational FMCG Company is considered as advantage.
