For our Sales Team in Sofia we are looking for experienced Direct Sales Representative


Your main responsibilities will include:

Research and analyze the market;
Proactively search for potential clients and participating in meetings with them;
B2B communication with SMEs and multinational companies in Sofia and in Western Bulgaria;
Leading negotiations with local and foreign companies and presenting in the best way Easy Consult and our HR services;
Building long-term professional relationships with the clients and ability to expand effectively the pipeline;
Visiting clients in Sofia and in Western Bulgaria;
Participation in different conferences and events in order to expand your professional network and find new partners;
Create and administrate the clients' contracts, etc.


In order to become a part of our bright and positive Sales Team you should have:

Minimum bachelor degree of Sales/Economics;
Solid experience in Sales of services and/or huge business networking;
Strong motivation to learn, succeed and achieve personal and working peaks;
Target and self-driven behaviour + analytical skills;
Working knowledge of CRM platforms;
Good spoken and written English;
Clean driving license and willingness to travel in the region;
Flexibility and strong communication and presentation skills.
