Our client is an european B2B supplier in the field of retail, working with Europe's largest retail chains. For them, we are looking for an experienced professional with people management focus for the position of:

Sales Manager - English Language


Main Responsibilities:

Coordinating a team of 5 sales specialists, located at company headquarter from Sofia and coordinating the sales activity of the team;
Assisting, motivating the buyers and monitoring their goals and objectives/targets;
Ensuring the transfer of tasks to the team members and intervention in solving the problems;
Developing the team's commercial skills;
Developing a positive work environment, ensuring individual and team coaching and animation of the team;
Analyzing the team results and reporting the results to the top management.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in leading a team (commercial profiles/team such as sales team)
Experience in interaction and collaboration with different international clients;
Higher education – minimum bachelor’s degree;
Advanced level of English (minimum B2 level – spoken and written);
Availability to do business trips in other countries : France, Romania, Poland and available for different international trainings;
Good management skills and flexibility
Very good communication, organizational and negotiation skills;
Good command in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
