For the needs of a new production plant of our client, a worldwide leading company, we are currently looking for motivated professional to step in the position of:

Project Coordinator

The role:
Following through and reporting the project progress and identifying project critical developments;
Leading customer and local projects from the initial inquiry through to serial production;
Managing and support the serial production activities for start-up and process improvements;
Defining the project requirements and the work packages and preparing the project schedule taking into account the corporate and customer specifications;
Responsibility for compliance with the project-related deadlines, costs, quality and financial results, defining and implementing required corrective action;
Managing program-related communication and taking full program management ownership of related activities;
First level of escalation in project management;

We expect:
University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aviation Equipment or similar;
Previous professional experience in project management and start-up activities;
Fluent English - both written and spoken and/or French language;
Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, SAP;
Good leadership and communication skills, well organized and ready to learn new things;
Team- and results-oriented approach and readiness to travel on business trips;
Very well organized, precise, reliable, motivated and ready to learn new things;
Strong negotiation skills, assertiveness and high degree of persuasive/inspiration power;
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
