This position is responsible for supporting our Sales Team providing leadership in growing market share for Business Assurance Services within Bulgaria. In addition to meeting established order targets through direct sales activities, you’ll responsible for working with key management staff to define strategies and tactics necessary to effectively capture market share, grow share of existing customer business, and cultivate new business prospects. With executive management, marketing, and business line leadership, you will drive new service development, set value propositions, service-level commitments, price points, and competitive positions by market and service line.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Support Marketing and Sales Director to prepare a comprehensive analysis of the local markets; the market analysis should include a register of prospective clients with detailed company profiles a competitor’s register with detailed company profiles relevant to each competitor’s activity within the region.

• Develop and maintain personal knowledge of priority sectors, market trends and routes to market for improved effectiveness within a Sales consulting function.

• Support in Business Development and Account Management activities (hunting and farming) for the specific Country in the field of System Certification and Training Solutions.

• Develop a network of operational contacts and identify new lead opportunities.

• Manage Client relationships resulting in achieving budget goals.

• Prepare monthly sales reporting and provide support in accurately maintaining the company CRM system.

Образование:

Специални умения:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. • 1-2 years of experience in a Sales Role, preferably gained in an International Company. • Sales approach. • Bulgarian mother tongue, good spoken and written English. • Availability to travel at least 50% of the time, valid B drive license.
