BRAND MANAGER
VISTA AWT AD a part of a leading regional distribution company, dealing with well-known worldwide FMCG brands is expanding its operations in Bulgaria.

The company is currently seeking for highly organized, self- motivated and results oriented top performing professionals to join its team in Sofia:

BRAND MANAGER Johnson & Johnson

JOB GOAL:
The Brand Manager has responsibility for profitable and long-term business development of the brand/s.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and lead brand strategies aligned with target
• Achieve the company’s objectives for the respective brand/s
• Manage and controll investment budget, follow up the execution of marketing activities (launches, re-launches, BTL activities.)
• Secure excellent execution of marketing strategies.
• Work closely with Regional Sales Executives, in order to ensure in-store excellence of each store in the country.
• Permanently analyze consumer needs and market/ segment development
• Develop partnership relationship.
• Report to the management the status of the brand’s busines

PERSONAL PROFILE:
• University degree.
• Experience in managing business with FMCG ( min. 1-2 years).
• MS office applications. Very good knowledge of Excel and Power Point is a must.
• Very Good knowledge of English language (verbal and written communication).
• Team player with efficient communication skills.
• Analytical mind, strategic thinking and results oriented personality.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability for fast and proper execution of task.
• Presentation and communication skills.
• Project Management Skills
Clean Driving license.
