Rompetrol Bulgaria JSC is currently seeking an experienced professional for the position of Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Sofia.

Main Responsibilities:
Staff administration:
- all documents related to employment,
- employee files and certificates.
- Job Ads for open positions – publishing and preselection.
– employee data revision and regularly update.
Payroll:
- Gas-stations – payroll information collection and check.
– improvement of the process and professional assistance to dealers.
- RPB Employees – administration of the process – payroll software – to upload all information
for the monthly payroll..
Support HR Manager -, employee events organization, reporting, other HR related tasks.

Job Requirements:
• University degree – Economics, Human Resource, Psychology;
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience;
• Work experience with payroll software, preferably Omeks 2000, is a must;
• Advanced computer skills;
• Excellent knowledge of the local labor legislation;
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks within tight deadlines;
• Team player, with strong client facing and influencing skills;
• Excellent proficiency in spoken and written Bulgarian and English.
