Our team is dedicated to the idea of delivering timely and customized services to the clients – some of the most prominent and preferred employers in the country.On behalf of one of our clients, a world leader, who is expanding their market in our Sea Capital, we are looking for an HR & Recruitment Specialist to join their team.
Your new responsibilities include:
• Leading the end to end recruitment processes locally - job posts, selection, interviews, offer letters;
• Supporting in the area of Human Resources Administration - Personnel Administration and Organizational Management;
• Supporting HR administration processes to Payroll and coordinating the organization of all employment-related documents;
• Participating in different projects, concerning all areas of people development – internship/rotation programs, training, succession planning, talent management.
The ideal candidate has:
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position as an internal HR, Recruiter, etc;
• Working proficiency of English – written and verbal;
• Positive mindset with great problem-solving skills;
• Amazing organizational skills, ability to multitask, and prioritize.
