We are growing, and we are looking for PoS Infrastructure Team Lead to manage our team and provide effective guidance. The team is responsible for developing PoS systems, Microservices and is taking participation in various side innovative IT projects when it applies.

IF YOU WANT TO WORK ON
Software development of applications and programs, relevant for customer service systems that meet the company's needs
Software development of applications or its components as well as documenting each stage of the software engineering process
Providing conditions for design, coding, interfaces to other applications, debugging, working with compilers, programming environments and other tools
Program development in accordance with the schemes provided by specialists in software architecture
Conducting an effective code review
Supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis
Delegate tasks and set deadlines
Discover training needs and provide coaching

IF YOU POSSESS
Higher technical education and a major in computer systems
5+ years of professional experience in Java programming
5+ years of professional experience in React programming
Excellent knowledge of algorithms and OOP principles
Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS
Expertise in MS SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL
Excellent knowledge of REST, XML, WS standards and protocols (WSDL, SOAP, JSON), Unit Testing, Source Control Systems
Experience in building Microservices
Skills to create and design technical documentation
Fluency of written and spoken English is required
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Organizational and time-management skills
Decision-making skills
