A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Specialist to join our Team in Plovdiv!

Responsibilities:
• Implement the company's recruitment strategy and constantly provide recommendations for improvement
• Active work on different important and urgent recruitment projects
• Source and attract passive and active candidates by using different recruitment channels
• Constantly explore new ways to attract talents
• Perform and supervise the end-to-end recruitment process for various projects
• Prepare reports and analysis
• Communicate actively with customers in order to provide excellent service

Requirements:
• Proactivity, strong “can-do” attitude and decision-making skills
• Ability to quickly grasp and understand positions' specifics and convert them into selling points
• Strong networking and communication skills and ability to quickly build trustful relationships with customers and candidates
• Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally
• Ability to rigorously prioritize and multitask as well as excitement to roll up your sleeves
• Excellent English language skills
• Previous experience in recruitment is a strong advantage
