The Office Assistant - Client Relationship Management will be responsible for sourcing and hiring qualified talent for our international clients across globe. The successful candidate will develop effective staffing strategies for current and future needs and implement a variety of sourcing techniques to build a qualified and diverse candidate pool.


Responsibilities:

- Review resumes and identify qualified candidates.

- Contact qualified, passive and active candidates to determine interest level.

- Managing the organisation's relationships and interactions with cutomers and potential customers.

-Improving business relationships with customers.

- Manage multiple requisitions for a variety of positions.

- Develop talent pool through creative sourcing techniques including referral generation, networking, and direct sourcing.
