Our client, one of the leading sporting goods chains in the world, represented in more than 40 countries, is looking for a experienced, highly motivated person to join their team, in the role of:

CATEGORY SALES MANAGER


Key Responsibilities:
· Monitors sales and provides feedback for sales, stock, online campaigns & promotions. Visits stores for commercial feedback
· Provides feedback from competition both online & offline and proposes actions
· Maintains products’ data base for all categories in the system
· Monitors deliveries based on order’ files (prices, quantities, products & dates)

· Monitors stock and proposes actions ie replenishments, reallocations, returns to suppliers, local suppliers & orders for consignments
· Sets parameters in the system (promos, campaigns) based on the internal communication for physical stores and/or eshop
· Provides input to seasonal sell-in, captures local opportunities with brands and assortments
· Keeps close & direct communication with stores, visual merchandising team, E-Commerce & Brand Management team
· Ensures that local products and commercial legislation is applied in the system and/or instore ie for products, promo, sales under the cost, signalization & labeling
· Communicates with main warehouse regarding weekly deliveries per store and seasonal stock situation and movements
· Prepares & follows up various reports: visitors, conversion rate , sell out reports
· Orders office supplements for stores and warehouse , bags and e-shop boxes
· Participates & contributes in weekly & monthly performance reviews as long as in the Annual Operating Plan
· Is responsible for the staff accommodation

Qualifications:
· 2- 3 years of experience on same or similar position.
· Strong computer proficiency. Working knowledge of SAP Microsoft Office suite
· Fluent English (written and spoken)

· Commercial thinking. University degree in Economics is considered as an advantage
· Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills, high sense of responsibility
· Ability to collaborate with multi-functional & remote teams
· Driving license
