Intercosmetica Ltd. is looking for a motivated professional:

PURCHASING AND SALES ANALYSIS SPECIALIST

Purchasing and Sales Analysis Specialist coordinates the purchasing and forecasting process.
He/She works under the direct supervision of the Process Manager, representing INTERCOSMETICA to the international and national suppliers. The Purchasing and Sales Analysis Specialist works also closely with the Top Management, Internal Sales, Business Consultants, Accounting and Marketing departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish, develop and keep the good business relations with local and international suppliers.
• Coordinate the forecast and purchasing process in respect of business terms, observing the
deadlines and promotional opportunities, approval of orders, invoice settlements, logistics.
• Stock overview and warehouse optimization, reports and analysis
• Daily communication with suppliers, sales and marketing team
• Analysing sales and preparing daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.

PROFILE:
• University degree preferably in Economics
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (especially MS Excel)
• Self-organized and responsible person
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in a similar position and/or relevant product knowledge will be considered as an advantage
• Ability to systemize and analyze.
• Capable of handling different operational tasks even in tight deadlines
• Open for dynamic work and flexible working process
• Communicative, empathic and positive personality
