For one of our clients- one of the world's largest manufacturers of formwork and scaffolding, we are looking for Finance Specialist- Cash Collection.

Responsibilities:

Chase overdue invoices by telephone, email & letter within agreed timescales;
Regularly contacting customers to ensure all relevant debts are managed;
Ensure that all transactions are compliant with Company's policies;
Respond promptly and completely to both client and internal enquiries;
Undertake account reconciliations as required;
Reduce and avoid losses from bad debts;
Reduce trade receivables and improve the receivables portfolio of the subsidiary;
Ensures that all documents are processes on time and transferred to the financial department.

Requirements:

Education or university degree in Accountancy or Finance;
At least 1 year of relevant professional experience as an accountant or similar;
Fluency in English language;
Advanced user of MS tools & ERP Programs;
Communication skills;
Strong attention to detail.
