Service Measurement and Portfolio Management Expert


Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Application and Service Portfolios in line with the internally developed processes;
• Designs and ensure proper implementation of Service Measurement Reporting solutions in line with the vendors and internally defined SLAs & KBIs;
• Monitors the vendor’s performance in the area of responsibility and timely escalates to BSS Management in case of issues;
• Provides ad-hoc BSS Service Measurement reporting to BSS Leadership Management as well as all the relevant supporting information;
• Supports the clients in defining the reporting requirements;
• Build and maintain effective relationships and collaboration with and between the parties in the Service delivery process;
•Drive improvements as well as introduction of new solutions in the area of responsibilities.


Requirements:

• University Master’s Degree in IT, Engineering or Economics;
• Min 2 years of experience in the IT Services Industry and/or Vendor/Service Management;
• MS Office proficiency;
• Reporting and data analytics skills;
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and influencing skills;
• Effective communication skills;
• English language proficiency;
• ITIL certification is an advantage.
