Today we are in search of an Invoicing Specialist to join the team of our client – a multinational business process outsourcing company, specializing in finance and accounting services.

Main duties:

- Daily accounting of metal-related invoices;
- Responding to incoming telephone calls to assist clients directly and via email resolving various levels of client support requests;
- Daily communication with purchasing, logistics and finance department.

The ideal candidate will have:

- University graduate in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related;
- Previous experience in the invoice management or cash application - must;
- Good Russian/German/ Polish/ Italian/Turkish (B1 level) language skills;
- Good English level;
- Very good computer literacy - MS Word, Excel, Outlook;
- A very good eye for details;
- Very good communication and organization skills.
