For an international company, a leader in the FMCG industry and one of our trusted clients, we are in a search for an experienced

Area Sales Manager


Main responsibilities:
Plan, organize, coordinate the activities of sales team members (Supervisors, Sales Representatives, Warehouse Supervisors and Workers);
Negotiate and maintain relations with Key Accounts; support team members in networking with new clients;
Set sales targets and priorities in the managed region; participate in establishment of routes of distribution;
Supervise the sales, balance, merchandising, stock availability;
Consistently monitor campaigns and activities performance related to sales increase;
Manage the delegated budget according to the set objectives;
Guarantee that work and activities are run in line with the processes and procedures of the company, the legal framework and within the brand standards.

Job Requirements:

University degree;
At least 2 years of experience on similar position with international company (FMCG);
Excellent People management and negotiation skills;
Excellent planning and organizational skills;
Ability to work under pressure;
Written and spoken fluency in English language;
Very good PC skills – MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
Ability to travel, must have a valid driver’s license.
