For one of our international clients we are in a search for experienced Sales Manager for North - West Bulgaria Region.

Main Responsibilities:
Motivation of the team in its regional sales area;
Coaching and mentoring of the subordinates for development, unlock potential and improvement to ensure high level of performance within the assigned region;
Creating vision and strategy for development, execution, control and follow up of the integrated sales strategy of the company in the respective area;
Enabling achievement of the targets in highly efficient manner with optimal costs;
Building and maintaining of relations with the major distributors in the region;
Negotiation and signing of contracts with wholesalers and customers per company standards;
Manages and controls profitability of wholesalers in the region and follows up that all receivables and discounts are within the company’s sales policy;
Execution of company’s excellence standards within the assigned region;

Job Requirements:
Sales experience in FMCG at least 2 years ;
Higher economics education – BA or MS;
Entrepreneurial thinking with excellent communication skills;
Advance user in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Power point;
Excellent management skills;
Fluent in Bulgarian and English;
Ability to travel, must have a valid driver’s license.
