The role is to ensure accurate management of special agreements with financial impact between vendors and customers. The position is in charge of obtaining the necessary details regarding those negotiations, verifying and investigating them when needed, storing, updating and validating data in customer cases. Along with that the position is responsible for claiming funds to vendor as per agreed conditions, booking credit notes in internal systems and tools and taking part in funds allocation within internal accounts

Key Responsibilities:
Communicates intensely with both internal and external parties to gather missing information via email or phone
Collects and analyses data/ documentation as per administrative requirements for case management, keep cases up to date and validate payments to customer only after all necessary elements are available
Identifies, documents thoroughly procedural specifics and updates vendor/customer contact list
Creates claims on daily/weekly basis considering established claiming deadlines and follows up on claims status and chases the vendor in order to get the entitled payment
Booking credit notes
Skills and Qualifications:
University degree
Work experience in the field of finance and accounting or data entry is an advantage
Excellent written and spoken French and English
Good technical knowledge of software and hardware and general computer applications (MS Word, MS Excel);
Teamwork
Multitasking
