Sales Specialist

The successful candidate is a passionate and proactive self-motivated professional with outstanding communication & interpersonal skills, who has inherent customer-oriented and a goal-driven approach. His/ Her main goal will be to aid the Salespeople in generating and exploring opportunities with current and potential clients.

Among your responsibilities will be:
Client satisfaction and relationship management
Providing unique solutions for individual client needs while demonstrating excellent knowledge and expertise on the company portfolio
Acting as point of contact to existing and potential clients
Increasing the retention and satisfaction rate of existing customers
Executing sales calls to current and potential clients in the sphere of hospital market
Conducting surveys and collecting consumer data
Maintaining and updating data into a CRM system
Supporting the Field Sales team
We are looking for a person with:
University degree
Fluency in English
Previous experience on a sales specialist role
Experience with B2B communication will be considered as an advantage
