For their office in Sofia, we are looking for a motivated professional with experience in sales reporting and master Excel skills to join their Sales Operations team in the role of:

Sales Reporting & Analysis Specialist



Scope of the role: collecting, processing and analyzing of sales and distribution data for company products coming from internal & external sources. The incumbent will also assist & support respective Sales Managers in development of distribution & field force initiatives aiming of set volume, distribution and PoS execution targets.



Main responsibilities:

- To administrate and further develop data base for company sales and distribution;
- To collect relevant information from all sources (distributor, field force, research
companies and other departments within the company) in order to have clear understanding
of the market dynamics and to support all Managment decisions;
- To analyse the collected data and prepare weekly & monthly reports and other internal
reports in order to ensure reliable information for forecasting and planning;
- Support Sales managers with their work with regional distributors with focus on
increasing and optimising the distribution level in order to achieve the KPIs for
volume, SoM & NHD;
- To administrate company incentive programs incl. planning, preparation, validation of
the programs and the respective results;
- To make visits on regular basis of company & distributor sales forces to monitor
efficiencies and productivity levels.

Candidate requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience on a similar role, related to data analysis in a business
environment (preferably FMCG or other product-oriented company);
- Fluent English;
- Excellent command of Excel is a must;
- University degree in economics or trade;
- Very good analytical and planning skills;
- Able to build relationships with people and act as a part of a team;
