eCommerce Administrator - Sofia
eCommerce Administrator is a data focused role; attention to detail is an essential function of this position. Ensuring products are presented accurately and descriptions are purposeful to ensure customers have a positive eCommerce experience.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

Shopping cart management via eCommerce platform, including catalog set-up, coupon management, product descriptions update, serial numbers requests and products’ source files upload
Ensure all items and services are associated with correct products IDs and are available for online purchase worldwide
Responsible for review of product representation in the shopping cart across all locales to ensure pricing and descriptions are correct, localized and adjusting data and images when necessary
Support and report on the Online Sales campaigns from eCommerce side
Make sure pricing on the website is consistent and updated across web pages


REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor Degree
Extremely detail oriented, and enjoys problem solving
Experience planning and prioritizing tasks with minimal direction
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Must have a passion for eCommerce and product merchandising
Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) system, Jira preferred
Experience in Internet-marketing or Web technologies over 1 year, an eCommerce focus is a plus
Knowledge of eCommerce platforms, Google Analytics and Adobe Package products is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fluent English
